An Introduction to Psychic Anatomy Exercises/Yoga/Treatments

Psychic anatomy (aka. the anatomy of your psyche/consciousness) is the part of you that works with psychic energies (aka. energy, astral energy, chi/qi, prana, mana, emotional and mental energies, energies of your psyche/consciousness). It has been found in the ancient and modern records of many cultures from around the world, along with information on practices involving it and psychic energies in general.

 

You've probably heard a little about it before, such as its chakras, auric bodies, aura, lightbodies, koshas, meridians, vessels, nadis, hara, tan tien and more. These are all common names that appear in several alternative and complimentary therapies, yoga, qi-gong, energy psychology, martial arts, meditation, ancient and modern spiritual/religious text, as well as scientific studies (scientific studies discussed within The Psychic Energy Reality and Diet and Lifestyle Enhancement Strategies for Becoming Superhuman).

 

Enhancing the health and performance of your psychic anatomy is becoming a science as psychic and spiritual practices from around the world meet and are studied scientifically. These developments have found their way into psychological (ex. Energy Psychology modalities, such as EFT, WHEE, and many others) and many alternative and complimentary therapies (ex. Energy-Healing Empowerment modalities, such as Reiki, Healing Touch, Quantum Touch, Psychic Anatomy Treatments, Prayer, Laying on of Hands, Acupuncture, and many others).

 

The most recent and academically structured practices are called Psychic Anatomy Exercises, Psychic Anatomy Yoga and Psychic Anatomy Treatments. These practices are based on traditional and scientific perspectives, resulting in a simplified and systematic program for enhancing the benefits of psychic and spiritual practices. If psychic and spiritual development is considered a sport, Psychic Anatomy Exercises/Yoga/Treatments can be considered athletic training for them, as well as the sport (depending on how you practice).

 

Exercising psychic anatomy is conceptually easy to do. By using the fundamental techniques shared by most psychic and spiritual practices on your psychic anatomy, you can enhance its health and performance. Since it is directly involved in making these techniques work, enhancing its health and performance makes you more powerful with these techniques, giving you better-faster results as you progress. Combining Psychic Anatomy Exercises with Yoga Asanas compliments the benefits of both. Doing so is called Psychic Anatomy Yoga, which is similar to many Kundalini and Tantra Yogas; especially once mastered. As the psyche and physical body relax and the physical body stretches with the asanas, techniques that empower and move psychic energies work better. When these techniques work better, the psyche and body can release and relax more easily. The psyche and physical body are very interconnected. This is known as the Mind-Body-Spirit Connection which discussed in most of my books (Best example: Diet and Lifestyle Enhancement Strategies for Becoming Superhuman).

 

A Psychic Anatomy Treatment is simply doing Psychic Anatomy Exercises on a patient.  Many techniques are incorporated from conventional Energy-Healing Empowerment modalities, such as Reiki, Healing Touch, Therapeutic Touch, Quantum Touch, Pranic Healing, Laying on of Hands, Prayer, Matrix Energetics, and others.  Note: Studies have confirmed the effectiveness of many of these modalities; an overview is provided in 3 of my books: 1 - 23.  Some people are better at doing these practices and some people are easier to treat.
